Hi, I’m Tash 🙂
Being half Italian, I was brought up in a family where everything centred around food and my love for good food began at an early age.
However, during my teens, like many other young impressionable girls, I went from loving my food to developing a phobia of eating and putting on weight. My health deteriorated quickly, leaving me susceptible to lots of illnesses.
It was my interest in fitness and going to the gym that eventually made me realise the importance of eating healthy nourishing foods that fuel your body from the inside out and gives you the energy you need to do the things you love doing.

This is what led to my passion for living a healthy lifestyle and the reason I created this blog. I hope that through my own personal little corner of the internet, I can inspire other people to make their health a priority.
I really love to create healthy, simple recipes and find and recommend new products and ways to help us all live the happy healthy lifestyle we deserve.
In a world where time is a luxury we simply don’t have, I try to make recipes that are quick and simple for people with busy lives. I share nutrition tips and write articles on products and foods that can help us all on our quest for good health.
