Need a quick plantbased lunch idea? How about this slice of toasted sourdough topped with creamy vegan garlic mushrooms and peas?
Ingredients
➡️ 1 slice sourdough toast
➡️ Drizzle of olive oil
➡️ Handful sliced mushrooms
➡️ 1 tsp garlic paste
➡️ Handful frozen peas
➡️ 2 tbsp @leconservedellanonna vegan porcini mushroom sauce
➡️ Handful fresh salad leaves
➡️ Sprinkle salt and pepper
Directions
✅ Saute the mushrooms in a pan until softened
✅ Add the garlic paste and stir
✅ Add the peas and stir
✅ Spoon in the porcini mushroom sauce and stir through
✅ Drizzle the olive oil on to your sourdough toast
✅ Pop the fresh salad leaves on top
✅ Spoon on your mushroom mixture
✅ Sprinkle the salt and pepper
So simple but so delicious!
