Ingredients
*makes 9 cookies
💛 Dry ingredients
➡️ 100g gluten free oats
➡️ 50g coconut flour
➡️ 30g mixed sunflower and pumpkin seeds
➡️ 50g sultanas
➡️ 20g pistachios
➡️ 40g chopped apricots
➡️ 60g maraschino/cocktail cherries
💛 Wet ingredients
➡️ 30g melted cacao butter / vegan butter
➡️ 20g melted coconut oil
➡️ 50g caramel syrup @sweetfreedomuk
➡️ 30g maple syrup
➡️ 115g almond butter
Directions
✅ Pre-heat the oven to 180° Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper
✅ Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl
✅ Slowly add the wet ingredients stirring well after each ingredient
✅ Roll into balls and pop them on the tray patting the top down a little to form cookies
✅ Pop them in the oven for 15 minutes
✅ Take out and let them cool
