Veggie Burrito

A delicious and super healthy veggie burrito recipe that’s perfect for lunch or a quick dinner! Lots of super healthy ingredients,  full of fibre, protein and essential vitamins and minerals. 

🌯 Ingredients 🌯

➡️ 1 tin pre-cooked brown lentils
➡️ 1 tin mixed beans (chickpeas, kidney beans, butter beans and cannellini beans)
➡️ 2 tbsp fajita spice seasoning
➡️ Handful spinach
➡️ Handful chopped courgette
➡️ Handful steamed broccoli
➡️ 1 wholemeal wrap
➡️ 1 tbsp salad cream
➡️ Sprinkle grated cheese

🌯 Directions 🌯

✅ Toast the wrap (I fold it twice and pop it in the toaster on the lowest setting 👌)
✅ Pop all the ingredients except the salad cream and grated cheese in a pan on the hob to heat up and mix through
✅ Spoon the salad cream onto the wrap
✅ Add some filling
✅ Sprinkle the cheese
✅ Wrap it up and enjoy!
