One pan wonder, super quick, healthy and delicious, this is perfect for a mid week dinner 😋👌😍
🥣 INGREDIENTS 🥣
*Serves 1 person*
➡️ 1 tbsp oil or few sprays
➡️ Handful sliced mushrooms
➡️ Handful sliced courgette
➡️ 1 pack of Quorn fajita slices
➡️ Handful spinach leaves
➡️ Few sliced olives
➡️ Half a pack of Tilda rice super grains with sweet potato, chilli and coconut rice
➡️ Sprinkle of feta cheese
➡️ Drizzle of chilli balsamic glaze (optional)
🥣 METHOD 🥣
✅ Heat the oil in a large frying pan
✅ Add the ingredients in the order above but keep the feta for sprinkling on top
✅ Cook through for about 5 mins
✅ Serve and enjoy 👌😋🤤
