Dairy Free Donuts

Following my recent recipe for healthy donuts which has yogurt in the ingredients, I obviously has to make a dairy free version for all the peeps, including my lovely hubby, that don’t eat dairy. It was super simple because all I had to do was replace the dairy yogurt with a plant based one and boom – recipe done! I do love it when things are that simple! 



(Makes 3 donuts)

  • 40g oats 
  • 114g dairy free soya vanilla yogurt – I used Alpro
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp sugar free caramel syrup


  1. Pre heat the oven to 160 degrees
  2. Mix the above ingredients in a bowl
  3. Pour into silicon donut moulds 
  4. Bake for 20 mins or until cooked through
  5. Gently remove from the moulds, leave to cool for a few minutes and then top with your choice of toppings 

My Toppings

  1. 1 tbsp melted biscoff spread 
  2. Drizzle of sugar free caramel choc shot
  3. Sprinkle of freeze dried raspberries
