Protein Smoothie with Mood Boosting & Energising Benefits
A delicious, quick and easy smoothie recipe that will leave you feeling full, nourished and a little bit #smug for being so healthy!
Due to the mood boosting and energising properties of cacao and matcha, have this smoothie for breakfast and you’ll be ready to face the day!
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk (adjust to your preference of consistency)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 handful fresh spinach or 1 clump of frozen
- 1 tsp. matcha powder
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
- Pop all the ingredients into a blender cup and blend – that’s all!
