Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Matcha Green Smoothie Bowl with Homemade Granola

This is the perfect smoothie bowl combination of  healthy mood and energy boosting ingredients, like matcha and is delicious topped with my homemade granola

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop strawberry protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 bunch of frozen spinach
  • 2 tsp. matcha powder
  • 1/2 avocado 
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. white honey
  • Homemade or low sugar granola to top
  • Freeze dried raspberries to sprinkle on top for added colour pop

Directions

  1. Pop all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 60 seconds
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with granola and freeze dried rasperries
