A delicious bowl of goodness that will make your heart happy!

Ingredients
- 1 sachet of porridge oats – I use Quaker Oats so Simple Original
- 1-1.5 cups coconut milk (depending on your preferred consistency)
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
- 1 ripe washed fig
- 2 large washed raspberries for the perfect photo (I added more after this photo was taken)
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- Drizzle of honey
- Sprinkle of dark chocolate curls
Directions
- Mix the oats with the milk and pop in the microwave for 2 minutes or longer depending on the consistency you like
- Let to sit for a minute or so to thicken up
- Spoon in the desiccated coconut and mix through
- Warm the fig in the microwave for 20-30 seconds
- Cut the fig into 4 pieces and pop on top of the porridge
- Slice the raspberries and pop on top of the porridge
- Spoon the peanut butter into the middle
- Add the drizzle of honey
- Sprinkle the dark chocolate curls
