Pop the superfood into a smoothie and you’ll soon feel the mood-boosting and energising benefits.
- Almond milk – 1/3 of the smoothie cup
- 1 scoop of protein powder – I used The Protein Works Whey Protein in Strawberries and Cream
- 1 (heaped) tbsp cacao powder – I used Indigo-Herbs
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Nature’s Heart Omega 3 Super-powder
- Pop it all in the smoothie cup
- Whizz it up in the smoothie maker – I have a nutri-ninja
