I do love my green smoothies. This recipe has protein powder and matcha green tea in it so it makes a wonderful filling and nutritious breakfast power smoothie that will keep you going all morning ๐ The matcha tea also creates this lovely froth ๐
Ingredients
- Milk of your choice – fill up the smoothie cup to just under halfway
- 1 scoop of protein powder – I usedย The Protein Works – Whey Protein in Strawberries & Cream
- 1 Pack’d detox smoothie kit
- 1 tsp matcha tea – I use Mighty Matcha
- 1 tbsp chia seeds – I useย Sevenhills Wholefoods
Directions
- Pop everything into the smoothie cup and blend in your smoothie maker.
- I topped mine with some muesli but this is optional ๐
That’s it! Easy peasy! ๐

I love close to London but not in the city itself which is perfect for me! I get the best of both worlds ๐ what made you leave London?

My father was stationed there. When orders are up, it is time to move on. It was quite a while ago, but it is one of the things that still spurs my seemingly unquenchable wanderlust.
