If sneezing was an Olympic sport, I’d be winning gold this morning 🎖😣 I feel like I’ve got a cold coming on! 😭 So, I made myself a vitamin loaded smoothie for breakfast in the hope that I can keep my immune system in top germ fighting form 🤞
Ingredients
- Orange juice (fill half of the nutri ninja cup)
- The juice of half a lemon
- 1 carrot peeled and chopped
- 1 kiwi
- Half a cup of oats
- 1 scoop of strawberry protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Natures heart superfoods acai, sacha inchi and coconut powder
- 1 tsp honey
- A couple cubes of ice
Whizz it all up in the nutri ninja and you’ve got an immune system booster breakfast 🤞
