Immune Boosting Smoothie

If sneezing was an Olympic sport, I’d be winning gold this morning 🎖😣 I feel like I’ve got a cold coming on! 😭 So, I made myself a vitamin loaded smoothie for breakfast in the hope that I can keep my immune system in top germ fighting form 🤞

Ingredients

  • Orange juice (fill half of the nutri ninja cup)
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 1 carrot peeled and chopped
  • 1 kiwi
  • Half a cup of oats
  • 1 scoop of strawberry protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Natures heart superfoods acai, sacha inchi and coconut powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • A couple cubes of ice

Whizz it all up in the nutri ninja and you’ve got an immune system booster breakfast 🤞
