Say whaaat??? Healthy PB cups?? Gimme gimme! ๐
Super quick to make and minimal ingredients, you could whip up a batch of these for some healthy protein filled treats this weekend ๐
Ingredients
For the chocolate
- 1 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 3 tbsp. sugar free caramel syrup or sugar free butterscotch syrup
- 1 tbsp. coconut sugar – (optional depending on how sweet you want the chocolate)
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
For the peanut butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (use natural no added sugar pb)
Directionsย
- Pop all the ingredients for the chocolate in the order above in a mixing bowl and mix well after each ingredient is added
- Spoon some chocolate into baking cases so that they are 1/3 full
- Pop in the fridge for 20 minutes
- Spoon some of the peanut butter onto the chocolate in the muffin cases and then top off with the remainder of the chocolate
- Pop back in the fridge for 20 minutes or until they are solid
- Take out and enjoy! So SIMPLE! ๐
