Love chocolate? Love avocado? Together they made a delicious and nutritious smoothie bowl 😀
Ingredients (per person)
To make the smoothie:
- 1 cup almond milk
- I scoop chocolate protein powder – I used Prana Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana
- Handful blueberries
- 1 tbsp. cacao superfood powder – I used Natures Heart Superfood Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp. baobab powder – I used The Healthy Tree Baobab Powder
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. honey (optional)
For the topping:
- 1 kiwi
- Handful dried goji berries
- Handful cherries
- Handful cacao nibs
- Handful sliced almonds
Directions
- Whizz all the smoothie ingredients in your smoothie maker
- Pop into a bowl
- Add the toppings
- Enjoy!
