If ever there was a time for the #hashtag #FOODPORN it is now!! Heaven on earth is the only way to describe this banana boat breakfast perfection 😀
Let’s face it, peanut butter is delicious no matter what you put it with but this combination is simply divine. The freshness of the banana, the stickiness of the honey, the chewiness of the goji berries, crunch of the sliced almonds, freeze dried raspberries, maple & pecan granola and the superfood chocolate hit with a sprinkle of the powder mix… it is a recipe not to be missed…! 😀

Ingredients for 1 person
Well I kind of listed them all above but here are some more details 🙂
- Banana
- 1-2 tbsp smooth or crunchy peanut butter – I used Muscle Food Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1-2 tbsp granola – I used Chiltern Natural Foods – Maple & Pecan Granola – it is soooo good 😀
- 1 tbsp. honey – I used Rowse Honey
- 1 tbsp. superfood chocolate powder – I used Natures Heart Superfoods
- 1 tbsp. goji berries – I used Goodness
- 1 tbsp. sliced almonds
- 1 tsp. freeze dried raspberries
Directions
- Cut the banana in half
- Spoon the peanut butter onto the two halves and try and stick them back together with a gap for the rest of the filling
- Sprinkle the granola, sliced almonds, goji berries, freeze dried raspberries & superfood chocolate powder
- Drizzle the honey
- Devour
