Pizza pitta is the perfect quick snack! Easy to make, healthy, nutritious and delicious and there are so many variations 🙂
Ingredients
- Wholemeal pitta
- Prosciutto
- Sundried tomato pesto
- Mushrooms – sliced
- Cherry tomatoes
- Sunflower seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Rocket & Spinach salad
- Extra virgin olive oil
Make it
- Cut the pitta in half and open out
- Spoon the pesto into the bread and place the rocket and spinach salad on top
- Pop the prosciutto, mushrooms and tomatoes on top
- Sprinkle the seeds on top
- Drizzle the olive oil over the top
- Grill or pop in the oven for 10 mins (keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t burn)
