Pear, Kiwi & Blueberry Porridge

A gorgeous combination of flavours all adding some extra nutrients to your morning breakfast 🙂

Ingredients

  • Porridge oats – x 1 cup
  • Almond milk – x 1 cup
  • Pear – x 1
  • Kiwi – x 1
  • Frozen blueberries – 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp
  • Sliced almonds
  • Beetroot qnola
  • Beetroot seed mix
  • Honey – x 1 tbsp

Make it

  1. Mix the oats and almond milk in the microwave or on the hob
  2. Chop the pear and kiwi and place on top of the porridge
  3. Defrost the blueberries in the microwave or on the hob (they don’t need long – 30 secs to 1 min)
  4. Pop in the bowl
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon, sliced almonds, qnola and beetroot seed mix over the top
  6. Drizzle the honey
