A gorgeous combination of flavours all adding some extra nutrients to your morning breakfast 🙂
Ingredients
- Porridge oats – x 1 cup
- Almond milk – x 1 cup
- Pear – x 1
- Kiwi – x 1
- Frozen blueberries – 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon – 1 tsp
- Sliced almonds
- Beetroot qnola
- Beetroot seed mix
- Honey – x 1 tbsp
Make it
- Mix the oats and almond milk in the microwave or on the hob
- Chop the pear and kiwi and place on top of the porridge
- Defrost the blueberries in the microwave or on the hob (they don’t need long – 30 secs to 1 min)
- Pop in the bowl
- Sprinkle the cinnamon, sliced almonds, qnola and beetroot seed mix over the top
- Drizzle the honey
