Two of my favourite things for brunch today; halloumi and avocado ๐ So quick and easy but a taste sensation – I do love brunch at the weekends! ๐
Ingredients
- Wholemeal bread
- Avocado – 1/2 or 1 small one pp
- Halloumi
- Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
Make it
- Pop the bread in the toaster
- Smash some avo in a bowl and add a drizzle of olive oil
- Grill the halloumi under the grill or on a griddle pan (I use a griddle pan) for approximately 1-2 minutes on each side or until you can see the brown lines ๐
- Spread the avo on the toast
- Pop the halloumi on top
- Add some black pepper and sprinkle the seeds
